Recording Packages

XtndEvent^tm is an all-inclusive package, which includes all the necessary broadcast quality, Digital Video recording equipment, production crews, graphics design, post-production editing, web developers, and replication services.

For our delivery options, XtndEvent^tm provides the live streaming delivery network¹, multiple colocation hosting centers for our on-demand streaming pay-per-view service with a complete e-commerce digital content shopping cart front end. Our CD/DVD replication services can handle everything from individual orders on location, all the way through thousands of discs per title.

There is no additional charge for the incorporation of sponsor materials, banners, advertisements and links. XtndEvent^tm will even work with your sponsorship sales staff to produce mockup cases and disc designs to demonstrate potential sponsor opportunities. Each disc can hold hundreds of megabytes worth of additional data over and above the actual session recording so there is plenty of room for supporting promotional content.

All you need to do is provide the content and the marketing to promote its availability to your group, organization or membership.

Single Crew - One Full Recording Day
* All broadcast-quality digital video/audio recording equipment and production staff
* All pre/post production editing, HTML development, graphics design and package design for up to 5 individual recorded sessions

Double Crew - One Full Recording Day
* Two complete recording packages each with individual production staffs (maximum of 2 simultaneous recordings at any one time)
* All pre/post production editing, HTML development, graphics design and package design for up to 10 individual recorded sessions

Triple Crew - One Full Recording Day
* Three complete recording packages each with individual production staffs (maximum of 3 simultaneous recordings at any one time)
* All pre/post production editing, HTML development, graphics design and package design for up to 15 individual recorded sessions

Larger production crews and different recorded session quantities will be quoted on a per project basis. Additional recording days are available at a discount when combined with the packages.
