Can the cafe be configured in different designs and or shapes?

Because we use extruded exhibit system components for our primary design, we can modify the design to meet most space requirements. Do you offer either larger or smaller cafes?

We offer a standard 6 terminal system, a 12 terminal system and an 18 terminal system. Larger than that and we would need to provide you with both a custom structural design and a quote. Back to the Questions.

How do the attendees access their private messages?

We have created a completely self-contained messaging system that utilizes a personalized swipe badge and a password to access an attendee’s mail account. Like a registration badge, we can program these with the individuals personal information and include their name and company ID on the front. We create these badges from a list provided by the organizer days in advance of the event and then they are distributed during registration. What kind of exposure does a sponsor get inside the Grande Cafe?

The Grande Cafe has been built from the ground up as a high exposure value for one or more sponsors. Because we use exhibit structure to build the cafe, there are translucent inserts on which vinyl logos and images can be applied, vertical corner banners that can present full color branding on both sides, a header on the truss and printed screen wraps that suggest additional sponsor sites to the attendee. Additionally, the main portal offers linkable real estate for banners and images. We offer a complete program for sponsors that gets them exposure on the message system, the polling feature and the plasma screens. You don’t require a broadband connection for the Internet access?

The Grande Cafe is a completely self-contained package that includes its own broadband Internet service. Utilizing fast cellular-based broadband service, we can provide high performance access wherever a strong cellular signal can be received. Back to the Questions.

Does the cafe include a custom web portal with links to our site?

Part of the Grande Cafe service is the design of a customized attendee portal with links to both your organization and the event website.
