Through the same large and sleek LCD computer monitors, attendees can communicate with each other through their own Internal Attendee to Attendee messaging system for FREE.

With secured log-in access, attendees can post message to each other without needing e-mail addresses or phone numbers. Registered attendees are pre-loaded and individuals can send or receive a message from any one of them.

When an attendee posts a message to someone on the list, the recipient’s name and company is posted to a large plasma screen and scrolls in alphabetical order. Now checking for messages is as simple as walking by and glancing at the monitor.
