XtndEvent Product Questions:

  1. The XtndEvent product requires that the viewer use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 6.x or newer to view the recorded session. Do you support other browsers?
  2. What if we want to record a session that does not have a supporting slide presentation. Can we still use XtndEvent?
  3. Can we incorporate a live chat service into the XtndEvent live streaming delivery service?
  4. Your program indicates that as the organizer, we must provide the broadband Internet access for your live streaming delivery service. Please explain why?
  5. How many XtndEvent recorded sessions can you fit on a single CD-ROM?
  6. With the hosted on-demand web service can you also provide a pay-per-view program?
  7. What can you deliver from your onsite replication station?

ICP Disc Product Questions:

  1. The ICP Disc runs locally in a computer’s Internet browser. What browsers is your disc compatible with?
  2. You offer the ability to copy protect the disc for an additional fee. Please explain what this protects against?
  3. Can the search engine on your disc find information in all documents on the disc?
  4. How long does the web portal remain active?
  5. How do we get the information to you to be included on the disc?
  6. Your shipping charges are FOB Las Vegas. What is the typical cost to ship discs?
  7. Can we add additional security to specific documents on the disc?
  8. Can we add multimedia files such as audio or video to the disc?

Audio-Only Product Questions:

  1. Do you offer cassette recordings?
  2. How do you capture the audio?
  3. Can you produce PodCasts?
  4. How many sessions can fit on a single CD-ROM?
  5. What type of players can a listener use to hear the MP3 recordings?
  6. Do you provide all of your own equipment or do you work with our AV provider?
  7. How do you support sales of these recordings?
  8. Can these be made available over the web?

The Grande Cafe Product Questions:

  1. Can the cafe be configured in different designs and or shapes?
  2. Do you offer either larger or smaller cafes?
  3. How do the attendees access their private messages?
  4. What kind of exposure does a sponsor get inside the Grande Cafe?
  5. You don’t require a broadband connection for the Internet access?
  6. Does the cafe include a custom web portal with links to our site?
