Through product estimates, a 3-ring binder capable of holding 150 pages with a custom silkscreened 2-color cover costs $3.25 ea based on a quantity of 500.

To organize the content custom dividers must be added to the binder. Printing 500 sets of 5 tabs each has an average cost of $.70 per binder.

The current rate for volume digital copying of 150 unique pages into 500 sets (75,000 pages) is $6.43 per book.  All pages are printed in Black & White.

Transport of all materials is subject to distance and total weight. On average delivery adds about 15% to the total cost when standard over-the-road carriers are involved.

In many cases the final assembly takes place on site as different components arrive from different vendors. This labor adds approximately $.50 per binder.

ICP Discs include a full-color custom cover insert in an individual plastic DVD-style clamshell case. The case even includes an inside pocket for additional printed instructions or organizer promotional materials.

The ICP Disc offers unlimited divider-like pages where content can be sorted by schedule, presenters, document title, categories or tracks, and document type. A built-in search engine allows a viewer to find documents by everything from a full sentence to a single word.

Unlimited Content Storage

ICP Discs have the capacity to hold over 100,000 individual pages of text, or 1800 full-color PDF documents or 125 medium-sized PowerPoint files. Plus each ICP Disc includes the necessary viewing applications to see MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat files.

The ICP Disc also includes a secure Web Portal that allows for updated information to be posted to our web servers and accessed through the disc when placed in an Internet-enabled computer.

ICP Discs ship in boxes of 100 units and can be sent via FedEx, UPS or Air Freight. ConventionDisc can replicate within 5 days of your event so getting last minute material on the disc is not a problem.
